We drive the car to feel the fault, then read the transmission and engine modules with factory-level software.
Inspect
Fluid condition and level, leaks, mounts and driveline parts are checked on the lift.

You receive the diagnosis by text or email, with photos, video and the options.
Repair
The work you approve is done to factory procedure, with the specified fluid.
Confirm
A final road test confirms the shift quality before the car is returned.

Questions
What are the signs of a slipping transmission?
A delay when you accelerate, revs that rise without the car gaining speed, harsh or late shifts, and grinding or whining noises when the car changes gear. Have it checked early: driving on a slipping transmission adds wear.
Why does the type of transmission fluid matter?
European transmissions are built for a specific fluid. The wrong one can cause poor shifts, slipping and wear. We use fluid that meets the factory specification for your transmission.
My car's transmission is filled for life. Does it ever need a fluid service?
Fluid breaks down with heat and time. We check its condition and your car's history, and recommend a service only when it is due.
Do you repair clutches on manual and performance cars?
Yes. Clutch and flywheel repair and replacement are part of our service menu, for manual and performance cars.
Should I repair or replace my transmission?
It depends on what failed. Many faults are in the fluid, the valve body, a sensor or the software, and can be put right without replacing the unit. We diagnose first and explain the options, with the cost of each.
Can you find a noise from under the car?
Yes. Whines, clunks and vibrations can come from differentials, driveshafts, U-joints or axles. We road-test the car, then inspect it on the lift.
