Inspect
Pads, rotors, fluid, bushings, shocks and steering parts are checked on the lift.
Report
Photos, video and our recommendation arrive by text or email, with what is urgent and what can wait.
Repair
Parts are fitted to factory procedure, with OEM or premium aftermarket components.
Reset and align
Service indicators, electronic parking brakes and steering sensors are reset with the diagnostic tool, and the car is aligned where the work calls for it.
Road test
We confirm the brakes and the steering feel right before the car is returned.

Questions
How do I know my brakes need attention?
A squeal or grinding noise, a brake warning on the dash, a longer pedal, vibration under braking or the car pulling to one side. On many European cars the brake warning comes from a wear sensor, which tells you the pads are near their limit.
Why do European cars wear brake pads and rotors faster?
Many are designed for strong, consistent braking, which uses pads and rotors that wear together. Brake dust on the wheels is part of that design. We replace pads and rotors when they are worn, and tell you how much life is left when they are not.
What does the ABS warning light mean?
The antilock system has stored a fault, often from a wheel-speed sensor. Normal braking usually still works, but ABS and stability control may not. Have the car scanned soon.
How often should brake fluid be changed?
Brake fluid absorbs moisture over time, which lowers its boiling point. Most European manufacturers set the interval by time rather than mileage, and your car's schedule tells us exactly when it is due.
Do I need an alignment after suspension work?
Usually, yes. Replacing steering or suspension parts changes the geometry. An alignment afterwards protects your tires and keeps the car tracking straight.
