Each make, understood on its own terms
Every make here has its own engineering habits: the way a BMW leaks oil, the way an air-sprung Range Rover settles overnight, the way a Ferrari ages on the calendar rather than the odometer. Each page sets out what to watch on that make, the services its owners book most, and how we work.
The process is the same for every car. A full scan with factory-supplied diagnostic software, a report with photos and video sent by text or email, and recommendations before any repair begins. Parts and fluids are OEM or premium aftermarket.

Questions about the makes we service
Do you service makes that are not listed here?
Yes. Alongside the twelve makes with their own pages, we look after Alfa Romeo, Bugatti, Jaguar, MINI and Volkswagen. If your car is not on either list, call us and ask.
Will servicing my car at an independent shop affect its warranty?
No. The federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act means a manufacturer cannot refuse warranty cover just because routine maintenance was done by an independent shop, as long as it follows the schedule and uses suitable parts. Keep your records; each of our visits comes with an invoice and an inspection report.
Recalls and repairs under the factory warranty are still handled, free, by the dealer.
Do you use genuine parts?
We use OEM or premium aftermarket parts and fluids, matched to the car and the job. The inspection report and invoice show what was fitted.
How will I know what my car needs?
During the visit you receive an inspection link by text or email, with photos, video and a full report of what we found. We make recommendations and answer your questions before any repair begins, and we do not carry out work you have not approved.
Can I drop my car off outside opening hours?
Yes. A secure key box at the shop takes your keys at any hour, day or night, and you can collect the car the same way. The Visit page has the steps.
Do you also protect paint?
Yes. Paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tint are done in the same shop, so a new car can be protected before its first drive on the tollway, and a serviced car can go home with its paint looked after too.
