A warning light is a symptom, not a diagnosis. A modern European car runs dozens of control modules, and a fault in one often shows up somewhere else.
We have invested in factory-supplied diagnostic software, equipment and tools, so we read your car the way the dealer does. Fault codes are the starting point. Testing confirms the cause before we recommend a part.
You receive the findings by text or email, with photos, video and a clear recommendation. If it can wait, we say so.

Questions
Is it safe to drive with the check-engine light on?
A steady light usually means the car has stored a fault that should be checked soon. A flashing light often signals a misfire that can damage the catalytic converter: slow down and have the car checked as soon as you can. A red warning, such as oil pressure or engine temperature, means stop when it is safe.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
It depends on the fault and how long it takes to trace. We tell you the diagnostic cost before we start, and the repair is quoted separately after the diagnosis.
Can a code reader tell me what is wrong?
A fault code points to the system that stored the fault, not always to the failed part. The same code can have several causes. Testing confirms which one before a part is replaced.
Do you have dealer-level diagnostic tools?
Yes. We have invested in factory-supplied diagnostic software, equipment and specialty tools for the European makes we service.
The warning comes and goes. Can you still find the fault?
Often, yes. Intermittent faults are stored in the car's modules even after the light goes out. Bring the car in while the symptom is fresh, and tell us when it happens.
Will you fix things I did not ask about?
No. We report what we find, with photos and video, and recommend what is needed. Only the work you approve is done.
