Scheduled maintenance
Factory scheduled maintenance for European cars, to the manufacturer's schedule, with the right oil, fluids and parts. Mercedes-Benz A and B service, BMW condition-based service and mileage services.
The work
What's included
European cars are built to tight tolerances and a precise maintenance schedule. Skipping or stretching that schedule is where most expensive repairs begin.
We follow the manufacturer's schedule for your car, not a generic menu. Oil and fluids are matched to the factory specification, and parts are OEM or premium aftermarket.
Every service includes an inspection. You receive the findings by text or email, with photos and video, and nothing beyond the scheduled work is done without your approval.

Questions
How often does a European car need service?
It depends on the make, the model and how the car is driven. Most modern European cars track their own service intervals and show a message when service is due. We follow the manufacturer's schedule for your car and tell you what is due now and what can wait.
What is included in Mercedes-Benz Service A and Service B?
Service A is the lighter visit: synthetic oil and filter, fluid levels, tire pressures and a brake inspection. Service B adds items such as a brake fluid change and a cabin filter. The two alternate on your car's schedule, and the car tells you which one is due.
Will servicing at an independent shop void my factory warranty?
No. In the US, a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because maintenance was done by an independent shop. What matters is that the work follows the factory schedule, uses parts and fluids that meet specification, and is documented on your invoice.
Do you use genuine parts and fluids?
We use OEM or premium aftermarket parts and fluids that meet the factory specification. Where there is a choice to make, we explain the options before the work begins.
Can I wait while my car is serviced?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, and there is a customer lounge. For longer work, drop the car off, or use the 24-hour key box.
How much does a scheduled service cost?
It depends on the car and the service that is due. We confirm the price before any work begins, and you approve anything beyond the scheduled service.
Do you service hybrids?
Yes. Hybrid scheduled maintenance, battery state-of-health testing, high-voltage battery testing and high-voltage cable inspection are all on our service menu.
